Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Fertility Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients undergoing fertility treatments, providing education, support, and guidance throughout their journey. The ideal candidate will have experience in reproductive healthcare and excellent communication skills, helping to create a positive, seamless experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients, doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
- Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, and timelines, ensuring they are fully informed and comfortable.
- Coordinate appointments, tests, and procedures, ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Provide emotional support and resources for patients and their families.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with patient financial counseling, including explaining treatment costs, insurance, and payment plans.
- Ensure timely communication of treatment plans and updates to patients.
- Coordinate with external laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient education materials and resources.
- Address patient inquiries, resolving concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
- Previous experience in fertility or reproductive healthcare is highly desirable.
- MUST BE BILINGUAL- SPANISH SPEAKING
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
- Knowledge of fertility treatments, medications, and procedures is a plus.
