Practice Setting

• Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient settings.
• Average daily volume of 5-15 inpatients and 5-8 consults.
• Full hospital support staff provided; provider works solo.
• Caring for an adult patient population.

Schedule

• Clinic: 7a-5p; Night Call: 5p-7a; 24hr Call: 7a-7a.
• In-House and Telephone Call required with a 30-minute response time.
• No clinic on weekends.

Procedures and Cases

• General Urology cases are the main focus.
• Day-to-day includes rounding, consults, and necessary procedures.
• Procedures include Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, Lithotripsy, Stents, and Hydroceles.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology within 5 years.
• Must hold BLS and DEA certifications.
• Minimum of 60 months of experience required.

Credentialing Requirements

• Credentialing takes 60-90 days, but temp privileges are available with a clean background.
• Open to IMLC Physicians; we will wait for the Pennsylvania license with an active IMLC Letter of Qualification.
