Sentara Home Care Services is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Manager, Nursing and Patient Care Services.

Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift

Position Location: Chesapeake, VA

Salary Range: $91,416 - $151,000

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.

Overview

The Manager, Nursing and Patient Care Services - Home Health is responsible and accountable for the daily operations of one or more clinical areas. Models and leads professional practices consistent with organizational goals of safety, customer satisfaction and quality for the area of expertise.

Education

• BSN (Required)

Certification/Licensure

• RN (Required) - Active in Virginia
• BLS (Required within 90 days)

Experience

• Home Health or Hospice experience (1 year required)
• Clinical experience (3 years required)
• Leadership experience (required)
