The Urology Department at Cleveland Clinic Martin has an exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team and deliver exceptional, patientcentered urologic care.
About the Role
In this role, the Advanced Practice Provider will:
- Practice across clinic, hospital, and perioperative settings to support comprehensive urologic care.
- Perform First Assist in the operating room (surgical first assist).
- Manage postoperative care, including rounding, orders, and discharge planning.
- Complete admissions, histories & physicals, discharges, consults, and triage.
- Partner closely with urologists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Preferred Experience & Attributes
- Prior experience in Urology, Surgery, Hospital Medicine, or other acute care settings strongly preferred.
- Demonstrates strong procedural skills, clinical judgment, and communication in fastmoving environments.
- Committed to teamwork, professionalism, and a patientfirst mindset.
Schedule & Call
- Full-time schedule aligned to service needs across clinic, hospital, and OR.
- Oncall responsibilities are required as part of team coverage.
