A Postdoctoral Fellow position is available in the lab of Dr. Jim Pru, Program in Reproductive Biology, University of Wyoming. Research in the Pru lab centers on understanding maternal:embryo interactions, female reproductive aging, and gynecological diseases. Using transgenic mouse models, we seek to define molecular mechanisms coordinating the unique bi-directional communication that exists between the implanting embryo and uterus. We are also interested in the genetic underpinnings of reproductive aging and disease.

Candidates must hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D., M.D., D.V.M) and have a solid background in molecular biology. Candidates must also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Individuals with a strong background in female or male reproductive biology, mouse transgenics, omics, cancer research, non-classical steroid hormone signaling, epigenetics, aging, and/or early embryo development are particularly encouraged to apply. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled. To apply, please submit a cover letter that includes a statement of research interests and professional goals, CV, and contact information for three individuals who support your application to Dr. Jim Pru (
