Atlanta is a thriving, affordable city with a world-class culinary scene, festive nightlife, professional sports teams, rich history and an abundance of attractions. Mild winters balance warm, humid summers. Unemployment is at a low 4%; as an entrepreneurial hub with a large number of Fortune 500 companies and a bountiful number of corporate jobs, unemployment sits at a low 4% while job growth is predicted to be 46.8% over the next ten years. Frequent travelers take note that Atlanta boasts the largest international airport in the U.S., and a Delta hub leads to very reasonably priced travel.

If you will be relocating, consider these popular neighborhoods:

  • Buckhead – trendy, walkable and hip; high-end, sophisticated new condos and apartments.
  • Westview – historic, diverse and proud; quintessential Atlanta bungalows; affordable and quaint cottages with Tudor flair
  • East Atlanta – affordable; great nightlife; flashy townhomes, modest brick ranches and a few grand Victorians.
