A rapidly growing urology program about 30 minutes from Washington D.C. is looking for a urologist ready to step into a high-volume, well-supported practice from day one. With over 600 established patients already scheduled, a modern clinic, and an on-site ASC, the infrastructure is in place, and the demand is there. This program is on track to become a Level II Trauma Center, which means the growth runway here is real.
Practice Details
- Join a team of 4 urologists and 2 APPs with over 600 established patients already on the schedule
- Modern 14-exam-room clinic with on-site ASC, lab, imaging, and ultrasound access
- Typically 3 to 4 clinic days and 1 to 2 OR days per week
- Call shared at 1:4 including nights and weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- $650,000 guaranteed base salary with bonus potential
- $250,000 sign-on bonus and up to $50,000 in relocation assistance
- 31 days PTO plus 7 federal holidays and a $5,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Strong clinical and surgical skills across general urology
- Open to new graduates and experienced urologists alike
